     ·  Apartament foarte bine întreținut, curat, spațios, dotat cu strictul necesar pentru o familie cu copii.
     ·  Curățenia ar trebui făcută ceva mai atentă(de exemplu am găsit fire de păr pe canapea iar în dormitor comoda și noptierele erau prăfuite).

     ·  Locație excelentă, foarte aproape de centrul vechi. Curățenie exemplară, apartament spațios, cu mobilier plăcut și bine ales. Atmosferă confortabilă, cald și primitor. Vom reveni ori de cate ori vom fi in Cluj.
     ·  Singurul minus este că se aude destul de puternic zgomotul apei la toaletă atunci când este trasă apa.
